Ibis Osaka Umeda Hotel

Big size room, large bathroom with bidet.

Check in was easy, hotel was wonderful, locations was fantastic close to all train stations. We greatly enjoyed newly remodelled rooms with view and the staff were superfriendly and fairly friendly. Location: the property was just off the restaurants, and revolving sushi restaurant. It was not too far away from Hanadako, serving fast food.

Very very helpful staff, breakfasts were outstanding.

The service was all in all good. The room was newly renovated, compact with a great view over city. We liked excellent location near Hokai-ji Temple.

wonderful place, it has pleasant staff on reception desk. the location is marvellous, the check in is easy. being nearby the train station makes it easy to travel. everything is very easy, i would recommend the hotel.

central location near top parks and city views

I spent a lovely weekend here and appreciated the quick stroll to the Hep Five Ferris Wheel and the sheer closeness to various local restaurants, making my city explorations good, especially since the friendly staff made the stay feel warm and cute.

Perfect location with minor flaws

The underground connection to the subway made exploring Osaka easy, especially during the rain. Our room, though compact, was very cozy.

Unfortunately, the bed was slightly on the firm side, which took some getting used to. The compact bathroom layout could also benefit from better organization.

I loved the comfortable bed and the strong shower pressure. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty, especially the croissants, and I appreciated the coffee pod machine in the room. I'd definitely return!

Room space feels cramped unless you book a queen instead of a king made of two singles!!! It took a while to navigate from the station to the hotel!!!

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay, especially the cozy room and the surprisingly tasty breakfast. The hotel also offered great options for relaxation, like soothing massages and a calming wellness spa. The only downside was the streets being a bit messy in the morning, but it didn't ruin our trip at all 😊

Consider bringing travel-sized toiletries as there's limited shelf space in the bathroom. It helped make our stay more comfortable.

Amazing staff making our stay lovely.

The location was excellent. Housekeeping was great. I appreciated the complimentary water and the variety in the breakfast buffet, especially the homemade desserts that were a good treat.

I stayed for 3 nights at ibis, and the location is perfect! It's just a short walk from the railway station, and there's a convenience store nearby. Breakfast had a good variety, which I really enjoyed. The lobby's money exchange service had better rates than at the station, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great location with easy access to the underground mall. Clean rooms with strong water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff were helpful throughout the stay. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for a budget option. Breakfast offered a decent variety.
